Ray has earned a patent, a lean six-sigma certification, and has won two national championships in fighting. Throughout his career, he has worked in Operations, Engineering Management, and Marketing. Raymond Poole earned a BS degree in Mechanical and Materials Engineering from the University of Connecticut as well as an MBA from Indiana University.
